This cave chosen as one of the 14 New7Wonders Worldwide Landmarks. Jeita Grotto is located in the Jeita, 20 km from Beirut, Lebanon. Reported from the official website, Jeita Grotto has two parts, upper and lower.

At the top, tourists can walk to enjoy the beauty of the shape of the rock cave lined along the 2,200 meters. However, tourists usually only explored up to 750 meters. At the bottom of the cave there is a river. Travelers around the cave by boat up to 400 meters of the total length of the river which reaches 7,800 meters. This river is the main water resource of Beirut.

Besides enjoying the beauty of the stalactites and stalagmites in the cave, tourists can ride a cable car and drive around in the garden and a mini zoo. Provided the traditional gift shop and restaurant.

Tourist attractions Jeita Grotto is open Tuesday to Sunday 09:00 to 17:00 o’clock. Entry ticket price of US $ 6.80 for ages 4-14 years and US $ 12 to the age of 15 years and above.
